Ten years ago Helen retrained as a therapeutic coach and she now runs a private therapy practice. She is also the Managing Director and founder of

Positive Leaders a Positive Psychology consultancy, training and coaching company working with organisations and schools helping them to flourish and thrive, using the most current evidenced based methods. She is just about to complete her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL.
